Nita Ambani Launched Parampara, A Musical Celebration to Tribute Dhirubhai Ambani

Nita Ambani, founder, and chairperson of Reliance Foundation, launched a weekend-long celebration called ‘Parampara’ at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) on Guru Purnima, a day that celebrates the guru-shishya tradition in India.

The event, which was attended by several distinguished personalities, featured performances by renowned classical musicians, including Padma Vibhushan Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, Padma Vibhushan Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, and their respective disciples.

In her opening remarks, Nita Ambani paid tribute to her late father-in-law, Dhirubhai Ambani, who she said was her “first guru.” She said that he had taught her the importance of hard work, perseverance, and integrity.
